Door to door pickup

Hong Kong delivery and domestic delivery at the door pick-up service.

1. Hong Kong Self-pickup

After receiving the short message of arrival notice, the user shall carry the power of attorney with the contract seal to pick up the goods.

Delivery time: Monday to Saturday: 10:00~18:00 (lunch break: 13:30~14:30)

2. Domestic self-pickup

1) After receiving the arrival notification message, the user shall take the sales order contract with the official/contract seal and pick up the goods at the following address.

2) If the self-collected goods exceed the size of 60cm*40cm*10cm, it will be sent to SF Express by default. Please go to [Member Center] to check the logistics information.

Express delivery

Express delivery can be delivered to the designated address in Hong Kong/China. Before 17:30 from Monday to Friday, FedEx will be used by default for logistics in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and SF Express will be used for other time periods and special cases.
